The property is a single plane, slightly fan-shaped around the game room (80 sqm) in the center of the complex.
whole structure was studied in an original way for it to be functional and practical for children, the spacious rooms, some with innovative technical solutions (solar panels, rainwater collection, pastel colors, windows, ventilation, etc. ...), without dead spaces or cramped.
Some features include:
- large windows (which can obscure), so that children enjoy the light and nature and outdoors, even when they are in the classroom. The interior spaces are in constant dialogue with the open spaces, with light green, the colors, plants, air ...
- 3 classrooms for three sections (70 square meters. Each, almost the size of an apartment) with the services in each section;
- a large hall (350 sq.m.) for physical activities for children and for large meetings with parents,
- a room games at the center of the complex, which takes direct light from the outside by a skylight in the ceiling,
- a dining hall (100 sqm.) for a hundred children,
- a large kitchen for the meals of the nursery and Materna.
You can access the facility: from the street or S. Bellino, (the outside parking will accommodate 32 cars), or
can also be accessed on foot from the park Alvarez.
Entering from Via S. Bellino you have immediately on the right of the local offices and classrooms for after-school.

It 's a big project, beautiful and functional.
The building takes advantage of the interior in a more rational way, almost brilliant, so much so that it is not necessary the walkways from one environment to another, all these while remaining independent.
The materials used are all environmentally friendly, that is, the more natural materials, non-polluting, non-toxic, recyclable and environmentally friendly.
For outside walls, including structural building bricks were used like "pores" of ground products with natural clays and wood flour, totally free of chemical additives, high-quality thermal insulation, sound-insulating and breathable.
We tried to minimize the load-bearing structures in reinforced concrete for the benefit of reduced magnetic induction, were favored instead the laminated wood structures.

For the insulation cover, the panels are wood fiber, pressed and assembled without glue, with low coefficient of thermal conductivity and high power sound isolation.
For interior and exterior plaster has been used without cement mortar, natural hydraulic lime and sand, limestone as well, with high breathability.
The floors of the rooms and walls are made of natural rubber, PVC free, while for the services you used ceramics.
The frames are made of aluminum thermal break windows with low-emission, with high heat resistance and sound-insulating power. For interior doors we preferred the laminated wood.
The heating is underfloor, low temperature, to ensure a high degree of comfort.
The air exchange system is able to ensure a constant renewal of health for the benefit of the premises. It will also be adopted a system for recovery of heat (in winter) in order to rationalize consumption and also enable the exchange of air in the warmer months, with decreasing moisture content.
The furnishings are made from natural materials such as solid wood, plywood, natural wood panels, pressed recycled paints and oils are of plant origin, all recyclable, completely non-toxic.
