WHAT IS THE CHARTER OF SERVICES
In Italy the introduction of service charters began in the early 90s and is linked to more general reform of the state in those years showed obvious limitations in terms of efficiency, effectiveness and above the consensus: it was to review the form organization of public administration by increasing transparency and rebuilding the relationship of trust with citizens.

- explicit methodologies and tools,
- sets out the responsibilities
- indicates the tasks of the actors involved,
- allows for direct control.
The "Charter of services" can be described as the compass of an organization.
This is a document that guides and helps the different people involved.
This Charter is an instrument that the Parish Mandriola uses to present its "Children's Center."
E 'is also a living document, that represents the culmination of a long journey of preparation, study, meetings, dialogue ...
and the starting point for a continuous improvement and quality research.
This paper is the concluding part, visible, and a research project started some time ago that involved active traders and employees of the Centre.
