Here we are at the first practice with the ropes on the Monte Morra in the way of Lapide (that name!?) Where there is an excellent natural training.














We start with the positions of the anchors and fixed the rope for rappelling and single.







At this point we are ready with the sling and set the descender and the rope or the Prusik knot we are ready to immerse ourselves.

With some trepidation we go down more ... at least once! After

deserved break we are ready to try climbing. Attach the strings begins.
